Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective. Please carefully review your order and product details before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of this online store.

If you discover a defect upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for further handling.

▲ We recommend taking photos or recording a video when unboxing to protect both parties’ rights and serve as a reference for any claims.

The following are not considered defects:

1、Slight color variations due to different device displays.

2、Minor measurement discrepancies of 2–3 cm, as all measurements are taken manually.

3、Differences arising from personal expectations or subjective perception.

4、If an item in the same order is sold out, only the sold-out item is eligible for a refund; the remaining items are not eligible for a full order return.

Exchange Policy

All products are carefully inspected before shipment. If, due to an oversight, you receive a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will assist in resolving the issue as promptly as possible.

1、Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request an exchange. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

2、Products must be kept in their original condition. Exchanges will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, odor (e.g., perfume, body odor, smoke), or have been washed.

3、Exchanges are limited to the same item and style as originally purchased.

4、For intimate apparel, due to hygiene considerations, exchanges or returns are not accepted after unboxing. However, defective items can still be exchanged according to the policy.

5、Definition of a defective product:

  • Defective: Noticeable damage, large stains, discoloration, or other issues affecting normal use.
  • Not defective: Damage caused by human error, not meeting personal expectations, or slight color differences due to display screens.
